Mr. Thillainathan Muthusamypillai served as a Construction Engineer at the Department of Highways (formerly PWD) in Sri Lanka from 1965 to 1977. He also held the positions of Chief Contract Engineer and Director of Technical Services. Currently, he serves as a Consulting Engineer at the Northern Branch of the National Contractors’ Association of Sri Lanka. Digitizing and preserving this archive would enable the creation of a dedicated and comprehensive collection of engineering and technical documentation.
