The initiative for a digitizing project by the Noolaham Foundation in collaboration with the Neelam Thiruchelvam Trust has been laid. The fund requirement for the project has been acquired and the human resources for the work has been achieved. Currently the project is on its very initial phase and the associated people are working at their best.

Neelan Tiruchelvam Trust is Established in 2001, two years after the assassination of Dr. Neelan Tiruchelvam, NTT is devoted to sustaining his intellectual legacy as a peacemaker, legislator, constitutional lawyer and institution builder.

The Trust is an indigenous philanthropic organization that supports those working towards and advocating for social justice, human rights, peace and reconciliation.

The Trust seeks to share responsibility, resources and risks through strategic partnerships with civil society, public sector business community, academia, diaspora and grant-makers.
