The Deputy Ambassador of India (Mr S. Balachandran) visited to the Noolaham Foundation on 25/06/2020.
He was briefed on Noolaham Foundation activities and directories during his Direct visit. He also asked about the facilities provided by the Indian Embassy to Jaffna and its use. Mr.Mayooranathan Ratnavelupillai Board of Governors on behalf of Noolaham Foundation, Well-wisher Mr.Jehan Arulaya and Chief Operating Officer of Noolaham Foundation, Mr. Kulasingam Somaraj were also present at this meeting.
