Discussions with Dr. S. Jeyasankar on Archives & Journal Publication
Discussion was held on 22nd January 2014 in Noolaham office with Dr. S. Jeyasankar, Head of Fine Arts Department, Eastern University. Mr. G. Shasheevan and Mr. S. Shanmugapriyan were actively participating in the discussions on documenting and archiving photos, art, ‘Third Eye’ publication, Internship program with university students and the research journal of Noolaham Foundation. The updates regarding research journal publication of Noolaham Foundation were shared with Dr. S. Jeyasankar where he willingly came forward to extend his contribution towards this research work.
Dr. S. Jeyasankar also agreed to link the expertise of photo archive to our organization while discussing about photo archive. It was also agreed to digitize and archive one of his publications, ‘Third Eye’ and the required procedures on this issue will be soon carried out by Noolaham Foundation. It was agreed by the management of Noolaham Foundation to hold another discussion on art archive and the required procedures and guidelines to initiate this project will be discussed in this event.
