  • It was discussed on publishing Noolaham Research Journal and as initiatives towards this publication, it planned to hold the Tamil Documentation Conference.
  • Kilinochi Lebera Library was presented with digitized books and documents by Noolaham Foundation.
  • Organizing committee of TDC held a meeting in Colombo and discussed on the requirements for the conference.
  • 'Panaiyolai' Documentation Conference and 'Nudpam' conference were held in March.
