• Noolaham Foundation discussed on 'Pallikoodam' project with CFCD employees with the view of getting their valuable support towards this project.
• It was discussed on publishing Noolaham Research Journal and as initiatives towards this publication, it planned to hold the Tamil Documentation Conference.
• Kilinochi Lebera Library was presented with digitized books and documents by Noolaham Foundation.
• Organizing committee of TDC held a meeting in Colombo and discussed on the requirements for the conference.
• 'Panaiyolai' Documentation Conference and 'Nudpam' conference were held in March.

• A visit was made by the officials and volunteers of Noolaham Foundation to Batticaloa with the view of establishing a working unit in Batticaloa.
