Professor Somasudram Sandrasegaram (S. Sandrasegaram) is one of the Patron of Noolaham Foundation. He has served in the Noolaham Foundation advisory board since the foundation was established and he contributed to various event related activities.

He was born in 1944 at Badulla, Sri Lanka. He graduated in Education from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and earn M.Ed in Hiroshima University, Jappan (1977-1980).

He was Dean of the Faculty of Education at University of Colombo, the professor also lectured at Alabama University in 1998 and was a visiting researcher for the University of Hiroshima in 2009. The professor has also been a member of the National Education Commission for two terms, a council member of the South Eastern University and Education Board Member of the Open University Faculty. He is currently a council member of the National Institute of the Education. Thirty books have been authored by Professor Sandrasegaram in both in English and Tamil, as well as numerous articles.

He is located in Colombo, Srilanka.
