Strategy Team

Responsible for decision making on program's current and future strategies.

Team Members: Mr. S. Seran | Mr. S. Shaseevan | Mr. T. Gopinath


Operational Management Team

Responsible for present operational level activities. Activities include planning, executing program's objectives so that they meet the schedule deadlines.

  • Operation Team- One representative/coordinator is appointed for each districts where Tamil speaking communities live

Team Members: Mr. K. Sureshkumar | Mr. K. Vibhusikan(Trincomalee) | Mr. Joy Nitharsan(Mannar) | Mr. Gobithan(Vavuniya) | Saravanan(Jaffna and Upcountry)

  • Technology Team- Facilitates the program with technical skill supports

Team Members: Mr. K. Erlilverl | Mr. A. Burusothman | Mr. B. Sanjith | Mr. S. Paraneetharan

  • Communication Team- Meets set of intellectuals and scholars and builds an active community of the initiative

Team Members: Mr. T. Harishanth


Resource Team

Involves in collecting educational resources for the program. This team works under the guidance of program coordinators of each districts.

Team Members: Mr.N.Piranavaruban


Program officers

Involve in scanning, uploading documents and managing resources for scanning.
