The Noolaham Foundation programs are aimed at Maintaining Tamil Digital Library and Collection Development activities and Creating Tamil speaking communities related Information Sources. All information content created by the Foundation are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 meaning that the content may be freely used, freely edited, freely copied and freely redistributed subject to the restrictions of that license.
