Gauthaman coordinates Noolaham Jaffna activities and handles related administration issues of the Foundation.
He was born in 1982 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is a Psychology graduate from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Currently he is working as Jaffna District Psychology Officer (National Child Protection Officer) Jaffna District Secretariat. He had woked in Department of Philosophy, University of Jaffna as an Assistant Lecturer in Psychology.
He is located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
