Harishanth Thiraviyanathan is co-mentor for KPI & Career Planning, Training, Learning and Development and Chapter Operations - Singapore.

Harishanth was born in 1992 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He had his secondary education at Jaffna Hindu College. He held leading administrative positions at school level and showed colours in the academic and sports side as well. He was also a member of the Prefects Guild of the school.

Currently he is an engineering undergraduate at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Colombo.

He is located in Jaffna.
