Kopinath is the Chief Information Officer, co-founder and founding coordinator of Project Noolaham and a founding director of the Noolaham Foundation. He had designed, planned, defined the standards and initiated the Project Noolaham.
He was born in 1982 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is a Finance and Accounting graduate from the University of Curtin, Australia.
His focuses on building platforms to create digital Tamil content with efficiency. He contributes to Tamil Wikimedia projects as well. His research interests are Information Science and Knowledge Economy.
He is located in Perth, Australia.
