Mahendran Thiruvarangan is the Governance Board Member of Noolaham Foundation (2013 ). He is currently concentrating Initiatives & Proposal Writing process.
M.Thiruvarangan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. Mahendran Thiruvarangan is a Lecturer (Probationary) in English Literature at the University of Jaffna. He holds a PhD from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. His research interests include postcolonial literature and cultures, literature and coexistence and social justice.He is currently concentrating Research for Documentation, Initiatives & Proposal Writing.
He is located in Jaffna.
