Prasad Sockalingam is a Governance Board of Member. He is currently concentrating Publications (Books / Journal / Magazines / Booklets) Process, Office Management (Batticaloa) Process & HR Admin & Payroll Process.
Prasad was born in Batticaloa in 1978. He works as an Information Communication and Technology Officer in Eastern provincial Council and a technical trainer in ICT.
