The ‘Noolaham Foundation’ was established in order to preserve the intellectual aspects of the Sri Lankan Tamil Speaking Communities through proper documentation, and to make the documents readily available to all.
Preservation of Heritage of a society is equivalent to the preservation of language and culture of an ethnic group. ‘Sharing knowledge with all’ ensures perpetual development and progress of communities.
