A conference under the title 'Mobile Library' was held jointly by Asia Art Archive and Raking Leaves on 6th and 7th of July 2013 at Park Street Mews, Ware house D, Colombo. There were several discussions took place during the conference and an exhibition was also held.
During the second day of the event, Mr Sivanandamoorthy Seran, the director of Noolaham Foundation delivered a speech on the history of Noolaham Foundation. He explained the details of formation of the foundation, the hurdles that were successfully cleared during its path, the service it renders in serving the public and its future goals.
A fair number of the members of the Noolaham Foundation participated in the event on both days.
