Prasad Sockalingam is a Governance Board of Member. He is currently concentrating Publications (Books / Journal / Magazines / Booklets) , Office Management (Batticaloa) & HR Admin & Payroll.
Prasad was born in Batticaloa in 1978. He works as an Information Communication and Technology Officer in Eastern provincial Council and a technical trainer in ICT.
As a writer, he constructively focuses on historical and heredity of tamil speaking people and a co author for certain magazines.
