Mr. S. Shanmugapriyan has been appointed as the Chief Program Executive from 1st November 2013. He possesses B.Sc(Special Hons) and M.Sc(OM) degrees from the Eastern University and has nearly 10 years experience working for UNDP(United Nations Development Programme), US Aid, BDS and the Eastern University.
