Fifty student beneficiaries were identified from Grade 9 to 13 for forty five training sessions. The training will be held on Sundays. Since the school vacation falls in August and most of the student stays in the home, it has been decided to have more training during this period. Around fifteen relevant resource persons were identified in the Jaffna district through the discussion, and based on their expertise, session will be devoted. Noolaham Foundation project team and volunteers will facilitate this training as supportive resources. It is expected, that through the exercise, soft and leadership skill, and subject related exposure would be developed among the school students and socialization concepts would be provided to vulnerable volunteer and student communities.
