+ | An introductory, networking and promotional event was held at the Spectra Skills, 19 Stanley Road, Jaffna on 3rd of March 2014 at 01.00 pm to 02.00 pm. On behalf of Noolaham Foundation, Mr. Shanmugapriyan Shanmugam (Chief Program Executive, Noolaham Foundation), Mr. Noel Rukshan Premakumar (Project Assistant), Mr. Manokar Gajaharan (Volunteer coordinator, Exam Project) and more than thirty new volunteers were actively participated in the meeting. Mr. Shanmugam Shanmugapriyan gave brief explanation introductory on the Noolaham Foundation, about digital library, Pallikoodam Program and services of Noolaham Foundation toward the Sri Lankan Tamil speaking community and further described objective of the new project of “Improvement of e-learning facilities and soft skill to children” for the children home in Thirunelvely, Jaffna and its sections as well. Further, the volunteers of the foundation explained certain technical aspects and requirements of this project and their involvement in the implementation of the project. It is collectively agreed by the volunteers that they will provide man-hours as a facilitating resources in trainings in near future. | ||
